Red, White & Blue

2 oz Absolut
¾ oz Cointreau
1 pint strawberries, chopped
balsamic vinegar
sugar
splash of fresh squeezed lemon juice
splash of simple syrup

In a bowl muddle strawberries with balsamic vinegar and sugar to taste.  Put 3 T of mixture into the bottom of a chilled martini glass with sugared rim.  Shake remaining ingredients with ice.  Strain into your glass and add a few drops of blue curacao.

Absolut Blues

2 parts Abolut Berri Acai
1 part simple syrup
1 part lemon juice
4 whole blueberries
1 wedge lemon

Add all ingredients into a shaker.  Shake and strain into a rocks glass.  Garnish with lemon and blueberries.

Gran Melon & Cranberry

2 parts Bacardi Grand Melon
4 parts cranberry juice

Fill glass with ice pour Bacardi Grand Melon and add cranberry juice, then mix well.  Garnish with 2 slices of melon cut into long sticks.

Rum ‘N’ Coke float

2 parts Bacardi Superior Rum
3 parts Coke
1 ball vanilla ice cream
cubed ice

Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.  Pour on the Bacardi Superior Rum.  Top off with chilled Coke and finish with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Absolut Dirty Martini

1.25 oz olive brine
